Incorporated as a public limited company on 29th November 1991, under the name and style “Rathi Industries Limited” we began our operations with the manufacturing and sale of M.S. Bars (TMT) under the well-known brand RATHI STELMAX. Over the years, we have successfully transitioned our business model, focusing now on the trading of Iron and Steel bars while leveraging the strong brand value we have built.
